We get our raspberries from small farms where they are picked by hand to ensure that they are perfectly ripened. The continental hot days and the cold nights make them wonderfully sweet, with a little acidity. We then only sieve the seeds from the raspberry to ensure that we get a very rich syrup.
From this bottle you get at least 22 glasses of raspberry drink. You can of course also use the syrup in a dessert or make a mocktail or cocktail with it.
