We use the organic Lavandula Angustifolia plant for this minty lavender syrup. This type of lavender grows at small farms in the continental part of Croatia where there is a cooler climate. The taste of the flowers is therefore mild and soft and is therefore ideal for making a very surprising drink.
You get at least 22 glasses of lavender drink from this bottle. You can of course also use the syrup in a dessert or make a mocktail or cocktail with it.
