We use the organic Lavandula Angustifolia plant for this minty lavender syrup. This type of lavender grows at small farms in the continental part of Croatia where there is a cooler climate. The flavour of the flowers is mild and soft and is therefore ideal for making a very surprising drink.

The sachet is handy on the go and saves (cooling) space.
