Elderflower Paloma

Originally, a Paloma is a cocktail from Mexico, based on tequila and grapefruit. It is often served with a salty rim on the glass, which makes it a bit like a Margarita.

We have created an irresistible, non-alcoholic version of the Paloma, with the floral, fresh-sweet taste of elderflower as a counterpart to the slightly bitter grapefruit juice.

Taste: Slightly bitter – Sour – Refreshing
Glass: Tumbler
Method: Build & stir.
Garnish: Slice of grapefruit & sprig of rosemary


  • 20 ml Agropošta elderflower syrup
  • 20 ml grapefruit juice
  • Top up Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic


Pour the elderflower syrup into a tumbler, followed by the grapefruit juice. Pour in a splash of tonic, stir and serve with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
