Order and pay
In our webshop you can easily shop by navigating between the different categories. Add the item you have chosen to your shopping cart by clicking ‘in shopping cart’. At the top right you can see what is in your shopping cart.

Personal information and billing address
We ask you to enter a number of personal details first. We need this information to ensure that your order is properly processed and handled. We will of course treat your personal data confidentially (see our privacy policy).

Delivery address
It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address than your own address (billing address), for example if you want to have a gift delivered. Then click on ‘send to another address’. Then enter a number of personal details of the recipient (name, address, place of residence), we will ensure that the package is delivered to the desired address.

In the Netherlands you can pay with iDeal, Klarna, ING Homepay, KBC / CBC Payment Button, Bancontact, KLARNA pay later, PayPal, Mastercard or Visa.

Confirmation email
After placing your order and after completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Then there will be an email with your invoice as an attachment. As soon as we hand over your package with the delivery service, you will receive another email from us, which contains a link to the Track & Trace code of your order.
