Delivery and delivery time in the Netherlands
Orders for products that are in stock are normally sent by parcel post within 3 working days. We use the PostNL parcel service, which in most cases delivers the package the next working day, although they cannot guarantee this. This means that it takes a total of 3 to 5 business days for the order to be delivered once an order has been placed.
PostNL’s delivery times are from Monday to Saturday, in principle before 6:00 PM. On busy days, the package may be delivered later in the evening until 9 p.m.
If no one is present when the package is delivered, you will receive an email from Post NL. If necessary, it will be delivered to the neighbours. There is no more letter in the mailbox. Normally, the package will be offered again the next working day at the same address. If no one is present, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office. An email will then be sent stating that the order can be picked up there within three weeks.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email, which also contains a Track & Trace link that allows you to see where the order is located.

Netherlands € 5,50
Belgium € 9,50
France € 12,50
United Kingdom € 10,50
Deliveries within the Netherlands are free of shipping costs for orders from €50.
Delivery times outside the Netherlands can take up to 4 working days from dispatch. Shipping from us takes place within 3 working days.
For returns, we ask you to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then sort everything out for you and then contact you as soon as possible. The products must, if reasonably possible, be offered for transport in their original packaging. The statutory right of withdrawal applies. Read more about this under the heading “Tthe right to revoke”.
